Michelle Obama continued her reign as first lady of fashion at the 2013 Commander-in-Chief's Inaugural Ball in Washington, D.C. For the very special occasion, Obama wore a gorgeous ruby chiffon gown custom-made for her by designer Jason Wu, and she accessorized with Jimmy Choo shoes and a ring by Kimberly McDonald. It shouldn't come as much of a surprise that Obama trusted Wu to make her gown for the event: She helped put the designer on the map when she wore his one-shoulder white dress at the 2009 ceremony.
